1. What if I don’t see Level points in my hotel reservation?

Don’t worry! From 1 November 2025, all EuroBonus members who have entered a valid number in the booking and completed their stay, will see the level points in their account within 6-8 weeks.

2. When will I receive my EuroBonus points?

Please allow 6-8 weeks after completion of your stay to receive the applicable Bonus and Level points.

3. What is the difference between Bonus and Level points?

Bonus points are EuroBonus’ currency that you can use on flights, hotel nights, upgrades, rental cars, shopping and much more. They can be spent within 4-5 years after they are earned.

Level points count toward your EuroBonus membership level. They are worth 50% of Bonus points. The more Level points you collect during your qualification period, the higher your membership level and the more benefits you unlock. The Level points you earn are valid for your current 12-month qualification period.

5. As a EuroBonus member, can I register my Bonus and Level points after I have booked a hotel?

No, it is not possible to add EuroBonus points retroactively for hotel bookings made through Hotels by SAS. To make sure you earn points on your stay, please enter your EuroBonus membership number correctly at the time of booking, before you complete your reservation.
